As the Cultural Secretary, I work with my client, Ms. Nandhini, to organize the school’s largest interschool cultural fest, Tattvam, involving 15+ schools and 200+ students. Currently, Google Sheets, emails, and WhatsApp are used to manage registrations, venues, vendors, and tasks. These methods have caused duplicate registrations, venue clashes, payment allocation issues, delayed tasks, and difficulty tracking responsibilities. Therefore, a centralized event management system is required to improve coordination and reduce errors.HL
